An open, professional and transparent feedback culture plays a central role in our corporate culture. We offer all colleagues practical feedback training to ensure that everyone feels comfortable giving and receiving both positive and critical feedback in an appreciative manner.

We also use feedback and survey tools that enable us to make our colleagues’ opinions, ideas and requests for change visible and audible. The active involvement of all pilots helps us to continuously optimize work processes and agency life.

At pilot, you have the opportunity to be physically active together with your colleagues. As part of our company sports community, we support pilot employees in practicing the offered sports as time-efficiently as possible “close to work”. Whether it’s golf, soccer, tennis, rowing, beach volleyball or yoga – we offer activities for everyone. After your sports session, you can use the showers and changing rooms in our agency offices in Hamburg and Berlin. Do you like cycling? Feedback

Our HR colleagues will typically contact you first. You will either have been contacted directly by us via social networks or you will have submitted your application via our application system.

To get to know you a little better and answer initial questions from both sides, we will conduct a telephone interview with you as part of our application process.

We will then invite you to an initial virtual interview. At this interview, you will meet representatives from your future department and from HR. This is where the professional exchange takes place and questions about the team and the tasks can be clarified.

A second interview will take place on site at our agency with other colleagues from your future department. Here you and we can discuss any remaining questions. We will also give you a small case that you can work on on site or before the interview. The aim is to assess whether we are a good fit both professionally and personally.

Shortly after the second interview, you will receive feedback from us and, if applicable, a verbal offer. If you have also decided in our favor, the contract documents will be sent to you.
